Why am I not getting orders on Fiverr?
There are many reason you might not be
getting orders on Fiverr.
It could be something as simple as your gig is too expensive, or
you’re not using the right keywords. New gigs and new sellers with no reviews
may take a while before someone is willing to take a chance and make their
first order with you. Or if you’re in a category with a lot of competition,
it can be really hard to stand out to potential buyers as someone they should
hire. I mean, why should they? There are plenty of sellers with hundreds of
reviews they can hire, right? It can feel that way, but there are ways around
this.
The best way to see how your gigs are doing and where you might
be able to improve is by looking at your analytics.
To do this click “gigs” and you’ll see the analytics for each
gig.
Not getting many impressions? People aren’t seeing your gigs.
Maybe it’s a very competitive niche or your gig doesn’t have good keywords that
people are searching for.
Getting impressions, but no clicks? Try changing up your gig
image to catch peoples attention. Look at top search results for ideas. Don’t
COPY other’s gig images, not only is that bad practice, if you copy someone
then you’re not standing out, you’re blending in.
Getting clicks, but no orders? Make sure your description is
good. It should be clear, show the buyer the benefits, and give off the
impression that a potential buyer should trust you enough to hand over their
money.
Are you getting messages? If many of them are similar make sure
that you’re answering any questions in your gig description. Some people might
message you, but others will just move on if your gig is unclear.
